Chris Terenzio is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer who has worked in the health and fitness field for the last 20 years. He earned a B.S. in Human Performance at Southern Connecticut State University. He has helped many clients improve their posture with corrective exercises and helps alleviate back pain through scientifically proven core strengthening exercises. Chris works with a wide range of clients including high school and college athletes. He holds numerous specialty certifications, including Golf Conditioning specialist, Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise specialist and Exercise for Mature Adults.
